July 29: First day for enrollment for 20-21 season.
August 3: Confirmation of schedule deadline.
August 8: Payment of enrollment fee/down payment for season ($140.00)
August 15: Last day of classes for the Return to Studio class sessions.
August 17 – 20: Break for classes. A few rehearsals will be scheduled for any groups affected by quarantined dancers
due to travel. Classes will be contacted Individually.
August 24 – 27 & August 31 – September 3: JumpStart Intensive (two weeks of intro classes for new students, a step out
of the normal routine for our AYB company members and ARDT Honor dancers.)
August 21/22/23, 28, 29/30, September 11/12/13, September 18/19/20: Class rehearsals at ARDT for showcase shows.
September 8 (Tuesday after Labor Day): First day of class for the 20-21 season.
September 21 – September 30: ARDT Showcase (details to be announced by August 15)
November 23 – 27: No Classes — Thanksgiving Break
November 29 – December 3: Technical, blocking, and dress rehearsals for AYB Nutcracker.
December 4, 7 PM: AYB “The Nutcracker”
December 21 – January 2: Christmas Break
January 4: Classes resume.
May 24 – 30: ARDT Showcase (Tentative)
How enrollment confirmation and billing will work this season
- Parents/students will have 5 days to confirm class(es).
- Invoices will be sent out through ARDT via Square within 5 days following confirmation.
- Parents/students will have 10 days for payment of registration/down payment by check or credit/debit.
- All enrollment fees/down payment not received within 10 days will be dropped from the enroll list.
- Invoices will be sent out through ARDT via Square each month, August – May. Payments may be made through Square or mailed to ARDT, 346 13th Street, Ashland, Ky 41101 or placed in the ARDT locked mail box inside the corner door.
