August 13-21: Jump Start Intensive (AYB Members and ARDT Honor Dancers attend)

Day rates will be available for students outside of the AYB and ARDT Honor groups; must have previous training, 8 years of age and up

August 22: Dance Season 2022-2023 begins

September 10: 1^st installment for program fees; AYB Class and Rehearsals

September 25: Deadline for showcase commitment — return commitment form with showcase fee

October 1: AYB Jr Petite Class and Rehearsals begin

October 2: Dance Masters of the Bluegrass Fall Workshop, Louisville, KY

October 10: 2^nd installment of program fees; costume fees due

October 15: ARDT Honor Dancers/AYB at KidsFest (Highlands Museum and Discovery Center)

October 24 (week): Boo-tiful Moves! (wear your Trick or Treat costume to class — must be able to move)

November 10: 3^rd installment for programs fees

November 21-25: Thanksgiving Break

November 22: AYB and ARDT — Ashland Christmas Parade

December 2: AYB — The Nutcracker

December 10: 4^th installment of program fees

December 15- 17: AYB at Shawnee State University — Performing Arts Academy

December 21 – January 3: Christmas Break (NOTE THIS BREAK IS FROM WEDNESDAY TO A TUESDAY)

JANUARY 4: CLASSES RESUME (WEDNESDAY)

January 13-15: Dance Masters of the Bluegrass Solo Title Competition, Georgetown, KY

February 10: 6^th installment of program fees

March 10: 7^th installment of program fees

March 24-26: Dance Masters of the Bluegrass Performing Arts Competition, Somerset, KY

April 2: AYB at IRONTON COUNCIL FOR THE ARTS CONCERT SERIES

April 3-8:  Spring Break — No classes

May 10: 9^th installment of program fees — all fees paid in full

May 15: Last week of classes

MAY 23-28: ARDT SHOWCASE AT PARAMOUNT ARTS CENTER — REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCES

June 12, 2023: Summer Moves 2023 begins

How enrollment confirmation and billing will work this season

• Parents/students will have 5 days to confirm class(es).
• Invoices will be sent out through ARDT via Square within 5 days following confirmation.
• Parents/students will have 10 days for payment of registration/down payment by check or credit/debit.
• All enrollment fees/down payment not received within 10 days will be dropped from the enroll list.
• Invoices will be sent out through ARDT via Square each month, August – May. Payments may be made through Square or mailed to ARDT, 346 13^th Street, Ashland, Ky 41101 or placed in the ARDT locked mail box inside the corner door.
